I’ve been training in the gym and collecting information about fitness for many years. Up to now I’ve revealed many interesting things about exercises, diets and how people think about fitness.
However, today I want to share with you just one very important thing.
Most people aren’t interested in building huge muscles like Mr. Olympia. If you aren’t sure about it you can ask your family, your work colleagues or classmates etc.
Actually, the average person wants to get an aesthetic physique and especially if he or she is a drug-free gym goer. In this case, I define the term ‘aesthetic physique’ from the fitness point of view. Does it mean that you only need to build muscles? No, because muscles are not the only thing that give us an aesthetic physique.
Below, I have listed some key points you should consider while building your aesthetic physique:
- feel great with the body you already have;
- stay healthy;
- enjoy the process of training and dieting;
- build a muscular and symmetric body;
- have good skin and a beautiful smile;
- and, of course, slow aging.
Those are the things we need to focus on.
